At Dambækgaard every celebration starts in the kitchen – with our own produce, organic principles and proper cooking – whether you are here for a long lunch or a whole day.
A good party has room for everyone – so at Dambækgaard you have the whole farm to yourselves. No other parties, no other guests.
We host every occasion life brings, from christenings to wakes. The restaurant seats 60, and a marquee in the field takes up to around 100.
If there is dancing, the restaurant turns into a dance floor in no time – with room for live music if you have booked a band.
Three packages, none of them set in stone – we shape the day around you. The price depends on how many you are, how long you stay and what you’d like to eat and drink. All prices are for 2026.

We plan the menu together – write and tell us about your day.
There are no standard menus. Everything depends on what you would like, combined with what is in season.
Some of it grows on Dambækgaard’s own land. The rest comes from producers nearby. We plan the menu together – and a party in May does not taste like a party in September.
We take care of the table setting, the food, the drinks, the clearing up and the cleaning. The tables are decorated with greenery from around the farm – and you are welcome to add your own decorations and bring the music.
You can add a midnight snack, extra hours, rooms for the night, extra courses and an open bar – and it is possible to hire the whole farm for a weekend with the party on one of the days.
Outside there are terraces for the welcome drink and coffee in the sun – and for the young at heart, board games, a pétanque court, a sunken trampoline, a fire pit and a wooden train set for the very smallest.
