Everything you need to know before holding a wedding, party or company day at Dambækgaard – capacity and tables, deposit and cancellation, and how to find us.

The venue

The room and the tables

Capacity: up to 60 guests seated in the restaurant.
Equipment: projector and sound system.
Tables: long tables seating 10. They can be arranged in several layouts – we agree on the seating plan no later than a week before the day.
Table setting: white linen and decorations gathered from the fields and gardens around the farm. You are welcome to bring extra decorations for the tables and the room.
Outside: the courtyard, a terrace, a fire pit and plenty of room for children to run around.

The booking

Deposit, numbers and closing time

Deposit: for parties and courses a deposit of DKK 5,000 confirms the booking. It is fully refundable up to 2 months before the event.
Meetings: no deposit is required for meetings.
Numbers: please confirm the final number of guests no later than one week before. Cancellations after that are charged in full.
Closing time: evening events end by 2 am at the latest.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel

More than 2 months before: cancel free of charge and the deposit is refunded.
Between 2 months and 2 weeks before: the deposit is forfeited.
Less than 2 weeks before: the full price of the event is charged.

Getting here

Hårlevvejen 12, 4652 Hårlev, Denmark

By car: about an hour south of Copenhagen. Free parking in the courtyard.
By train: Hårlev station is 1.8 km from the farm – trains run from Copenhagen via Køge.
