Dambækgaard is a cosy farm in East Zealand, only an hour’s drive from Copenhagen. We offer farm stays in a quiet environment and inspire guests and students to a more sustainable and climate-friendly lifestyle. At the farm, we host parties and conferences and offer farm stays.
Kirstine’s field-to-fork food from her country-style kitchen is always part of the experience. All the food is based on the farm’s produce or from other local producers. The farm also offers the possibility of joining one of Jans’ tours.
When you visit the farm, you are guaranteed a peaceful and quiet stay overlooking the fields. There is plenty of room for adults and children outdoors, with farm animals, toys, an outdoor chess board, a pizza oven, and an outdoor bonfire fireplace.

The farm offers free-range animals, beautiful views over the fields, peace and quiet, a campfire pit, a pizza oven, a sandpit in the shade, a trampoline, lots of outdoor toys and vehicles for children, and a lot of authentic homemade food.
We offer farm stays and accommodation in flats, rooms, caravans, or tents/caravans. Meals can be in your corner of the dining room or as social dining with the other guests, the farm volunteers, and family. If the weather allows it, we will serve the food outdoors.
The farm is located among the fields, surrounded by large trees and away from the bustle of city life.
Over the past five years, we have housed several people worldwide who want to learn more about ecology, sustainability, and self-sufficiency.
They have all inspired us to open up the farm more, so at Dambækgaard; we now offer a farm stay in the old barn with a view of the fields and all the farm idyll that comes with piglets in the field, chickens in the garden, and homemade authentic food.
